• After your order we will send you an Email with a link where you can find the Gift Voucher to print.
• This may take a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.
• If there are still problems with the delivery of the Email, please send us a message via our contact form and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
• By the way: If time is not of the essence, we also offer physical Gift Vouchers in our shop, which we will be happy to deliver to you or the recipient by post.

The gift voucher is valid for three years and can be redeemed for all items in our online shop. The purchase of vouchers does not count towards reaching the minimum order value for free shipping.
