Wild Garlic Hummus

Are you also so happy about the sunshine and the fresh green in spring? Then we have a recipe for you for fresh hummus with wild garlic and herbs!


  • 1 jar of chickpeas (~250g)
  • 1 jar of white beans (~250g)
  • 30g wild garlic
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus some for garnish)
  • 1 EL Tahini (Sesammus)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • juice of a lime
  • salt and pepper



Drain the chickpeas in a colander and simmer in a saucepan over a low heat for 5 minutes with 2 tablespoons of water. Drain the white beans in the colander.

Wash and shake off the wild garlic, thyme and mint, then roughly chop. Peel and also chop the garlic cloves.

Put all the ingredients in a high-sided container and puree with a hand blender. Then season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with some olive oil and herbs. The hummus is great for dipping and also tastes great on bread!
